2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer 2 shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.

4. International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of the order.

All items are final price, we cover duties and or local customs fees.

5. Shipping Coverage

My Chess Sets will cover any damages occurred due to manufacturing defects or any other reason, and will assist with lost or damaged packages by the shipping company. If you received your order with any damage, please contact us for assistance.
