Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer 2 shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.

4. International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of the order.

Your package may be subject to customs fees or taxes by the destination country, but in 99% of cases, it’s already covered by us or not required at all.

5. Shipping Coverage

My Chess Sets will cover any damages occured due to manufacturing defects, and will assist with lost or damged packages by the shipping company. If you received your order with any damage, please contact us for assistance, or the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
