Before you begin
Can we add our company logo or individual names?
Yes. We can discuss company logos, individual names and personal messages on suitable sets. The University of Alabama and Judgment Labs projects above show two ways to make a design personal. Placement and method are confirmed for your chosen set.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the chosen products and customization. Share your estimated quantity so we can discuss suitable options. Bespoke manufacturing may have different requirements from engraving existing sets.
Can you meet our event date?
Include your requested arrival date and destination in your inquiry. We check stock, personalization or production time, and shipping requirements before confirming a schedule. An inquiry or requested date is not a delivery guarantee.
Can we request samples or custom packaging?
Include the request in your brief. Sample availability, packaging options, associated costs, and lead times need to be confirmed for the project.
What if our plans change?
Ask about cancellation, changes, and returns before approving personalization or production. Custom orders can have different terms from standard retail purchases; the agreed quote and applicable policies will explain them.
How do bulk chess set discounts work?
For eligible standard products, the quantity tiers are 2 units for 5% off, 4 for 10%, 6 for 15%, 20 for 20%, 100 for 30%, 200 for 35%, and 1,000 for 40%. Eligible products and variants combine across the cart. For example, 50 units each of four eligible products makes 200 units, qualifying every eligible unit for 35% off. Only the highest qualifying bulk tier applies. Gift cards, engraving, warranties and designated promotional gift products are excluded. Review estimated savings in the buying list and final eligibility in the cart. Engraving and bespoke projects are quoted separately.

Yes. Our experience includes projects for companies under NDA. Tell us about your confidentiality requirements when you inquire so we can agree how artwork and project details will be handled.
