Our 90-Day Warranty Policy guarantees that all chess sets purchased through our online store are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. If any part of your chess set fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will provide a free replacement for the defective part, with the customer being responsible only for the cost of special shipping.

Special Shipping Costs

Special shipping refers to the expedited or secure shipping methods necessary to deliver the replacement part to you swiftly and securely. The cost for special shipping will be communicated at the time of the claim and must be paid by the customer before the replacement part is dispatched.

Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or maintenance.
  • Replacement of the entire chess set — only defective parts are eligible for replacement.

  • Defective Chess Piece: If a chess piece splits or cracks without misuse, it qualifies for a replacement under this warranty.
  • Faulty Board: If the chess board delaminates or shows undue warping that is not a result of improper storage or handling, it is covered under the warranty.

  • Lost Chess Pieces: Lost pieces are not covered under this warranty. However, customers can purchase replacements at a nominal cost.
  • Scratches and Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, scuffs, or other cosmetic damage incurred during normal use or due to mishandling are not covered.
